SHARPAL 205H Double-Sided Leather Strop with Polishing Paste

Unlike the Chiloskit above, this one is a complete package: the strop ships with polishing paste and an angle guide right in the box. If you'd rather not hunt down separate pieces for your final sharpening step, this is the easier route. At 13 x 2.4 inches it's also a bit bigger than the Chiloskit, which is nice for longer chef's knives.

Good for: an all-in-one entry into stropping, if you don't want the hassle of ordering the strop and the paste separately.

Pros:

Cons:

• Rigid paddle, you need a flat surface to work on
